OK so I have been noticing these field goal looking thing showing up around where I work.

They are all right under high wires, so I figured they have something to do with that.

Like maybe they are there so that the wires wouldn't drop on to the roads.

I took the pic to show my wife these random things

But that is not why I posted the pic

While showing my wife i noticed something

If you look at the one on the left you will noticed 2 little dots 

I cropped it down and blew it up and this is what I saw

Make-A-Wish-Wednesday

Make-A-Wish grants a wish about every 40 minutes and has been granting wishes since 1980.  They have over 25,000 volunteers that help carry out the Mission.  Our daughter was granted a wish in 2007. As a family we fundraise for Make-A-Wish, it enables us to "share in the power of a wish" and help give the same wonderful experience our daughter received.
